Property Initiative Underwriting Agency and PIUA are trading names of Geo Underwriting Services Limited, part of the Ardonagh group. Since joining the group in March 2017 we have grown substantially both in team size and business.

We are committed to providing a memorable and uncomplicated service to all our clients and this engrained in our staff and business processes We genuinely think you will see the difference when you engage with PIUA. We are fortunate to have built a team of individuals who have a proven track record in delivering quality insurance products and services across a wide spectrum of property risks.     Lisa has been in the insurance industry since 1988 and has specialised in Property Owners insurance for over 25 years. She has implemented and managed Property owners binders and has strong insurer relationships. Lisa is responsible for developing new relationships and overseeing the account management of existing clients as well as providing technical knowledge
